STEM kids have been learning about circuits this week and today they are creating a Tank 🚜or Airplane ✈️ including completing ⚡circuits ⚡to make them work. Thanks to Callaway Electric Cooperative for their Teacher Scholarship for Ms. Waller and the $500 classroom grant that allows students to put both digital and hands-on practice in basic electronics. #ThunderbirdProud

Today’s STEM adventure had our students engineering and testing their very own catapults! 🏹🤖 From brainstorming to building, and finally launching their creations, they explored the principles of physics and problem-solving in a hands-on and exciting way. They learned how to calculate speed and average speed, then reflected on their designs and how to improve them.

High School Stuco Members please join us for our final summer planning meeting at the High School followed by a Pool Party (address to pool will be given at the meeting).

High School football camp begins tomorrow. It will be from 6-9pm.
