On March 4th, North Callaway High School proudly inducted 22 outstanding students into the National Honor Society! These young men and women have demonstrated excellence in scholarship, leadership, service, and character — and we couldn't be more proud of each and every one of them.

🎖️ History came alive today for our College American History students! 🎖️

Our students had an incredible experience visiting the National World War I Museum, one of the most powerful and moving museums in the country. From the artifacts to the stories of those who served, it was a reminder of the courage and sacrifice that shaped our world.

After soaking in all that history, the group enjoyed a well-deserved lunch at the legendary Jack Stack Barbecue — because nothing says Kansas City like great BBQ! 🍖

Experiences like these bring the classroom to life and create memories that last far beyond the school year. We are so proud of these students and grateful for the opportunity to learn outside the walls of our school!

The North Callaway Thunderbirds boys basketball season came to an end today as they fell in the district championship game. This team had a good season, competing night in and night out and representing our school and community with pride. We are proud of how hard these boys played and the way they battled all season long. Thank you for a great year.

District Championship Game! The Thunderbird Boys Basketball team will play for the District Championship this Saturday against Centralia at South Callaway! Saturday At South Callaway 1:00pm Let’s pack the gym and show up loud to support our T-Birds as they compete for a district title!

STATE TEAM – 3RD PLACE! The Thunderbird Wrestling team finished 3rd in the State as a team! Individual State Results: State Champions – Kellen Long & Collin Moore 2nd Place – Hunter Long & Gunnar Wenneker 6th Place – Wyatt Haden Congratulations to our wrestlers and coaches on an outstanding season!

The North Callaway Boys Basketball team defeated Hermann tonight and is headed to the District Championship! They will play for the district title on February 28th at 1:00pm.

Five State Medalists! Thunderbird Wrestling has FIVE State Medalists! What an incredible accomplishment for our program! Wyatt Haden will be wrestling for 5th place Kellen, Collin, Hunter, and Gunnar will all be wrestling for 1st place!

Great Season, Ella! Ella Baker’s season came to an end today, and we couldn’t be more proud of the way she represented the Thunderbirds this year.

Brooke Giboney season came to an end today, wrapping up an outstanding four-year career on the mat for North Callaway. Brooke has had a tremendous season and an incredible four years representing the Thunderbirds with hard work, toughness, and pride. Her dedication to the program and her teammates has not gone unnoticed. We are proud of everything you’ve accomplished, Brooke, and grateful for the impact you’ve made on our wrestling program.

State Wrestling Update – Day 1 After the first day of the State Wrestling Tournament, the Thunderbirds still have 6 wrestlers competing and are currently sitting 4th as a team! An outstanding first day on the mat. The girls will begin competition at 1:00pm

Ben Haubner’s season came to an end today, wrapping up an outstanding four-year career on the mat for North Callaway. Ben has had a tremendous season and an incredible four years representing the Thunderbirds with hard work, toughness, and pride. His dedication to the program and his teammates has not gone unnoticed. We are proud of everything you’ve accomplished, Ben, and grateful for the impact you’ve made on our wrestling program.

Thunderbirds Get the Win! The North Callaway Boys Basketball team defeated Linn tonight 63-29! Great team effort and a strong performance from the Thunderbirds! They’ll be back in action Thursday at South Callaway with a 7:30pm tip-off. Let’s keep it rolling!
