We are looking for great new members for our Thunderbird team for 2026-27.

Great Season, Ella! Ella Baker’s season came to an end today, and we couldn’t be more proud of the way she represented the Thunderbirds this year.

Brooke Giboney season came to an end today, wrapping up an outstanding four-year career on the mat for North Callaway. Brooke has had a tremendous season and an incredible four years representing the Thunderbirds with hard work, toughness, and pride. Her dedication to the program and her teammates has not gone unnoticed. We are proud of everything you’ve accomplished, Brooke, and grateful for the impact you’ve made on our wrestling program.

State Wrestling Update – Day 1 After the first day of the State Wrestling Tournament, the Thunderbirds still have 6 wrestlers competing and are currently sitting 4th as a team! An outstanding first day on the mat. The girls will begin competition at 1:00pm

Ben Haubner’s season came to an end today, wrapping up an outstanding four-year career on the mat for North Callaway. Ben has had a tremendous season and an incredible four years representing the Thunderbirds with hard work, toughness, and pride. His dedication to the program and his teammates has not gone unnoticed. We are proud of everything you’ve accomplished, Ben, and grateful for the impact you’ve made on our wrestling program.

Thunderbirds Get the Win! The North Callaway Boys Basketball team defeated Linn tonight 63-29! Great team effort and a strong performance from the Thunderbirds! They’ll be back in action Thursday at South Callaway with a 7:30pm tip-off. Let’s keep it rolling!

Season Comes to an End The North Callaway Lady Thunderbirds basketball season comes to a close tonight. We are proud of the hard work, dedication, and heart this team showed all season long. Thank you to our players and coaches for representing our school and community with class and toughness every time you stepped on the court.

DISTRICT CHAMPIONS! The North Callaway Wrestling team are District Champions! What an incredible accomplishment for our Thunderbirds! District Update – Day 1 in the Books! After the first day of wrestling at districts, North Callaway is tied for 1st place as a team! Even better — all 12 wrestlers are still alive heading into Day 2! • 7 wrestlers advancing to the semifinals • 5 wrestlers battling through the wrestle backs Proud of the fight, heart, and determination these athletes are showing on the mat. Tomorrow we finish the job!

The boys basketball team fell to Bowling Green 63–46.

The North Callaway Thunderbirds girls basketball team pulled out a big win tonight, defeating the Bowling Green Lady Bobcats 56–51!

As her wrestling season concludes, we’re proud of the dedication and hard work shown by Elka Endres throughout the year. Her commitment and growth have been outstanding, and we look forward to what’s ahead.
