Tonight’s JV football game will kick off at 6:00 PM at North Callaway. Please note that the game will consist of 2 quarters only.
During the break between quarters, we’re excited to feature a Mini Cheer performance showcasing some of our future Thunderbird athletes!

Jh volleyball update. 7th grade fell short in 2 sets against Wright City. 8th grade came out strong winning the first set, fell short the second set but fought back to win set 3. Way to go both teams! Catch their next match up Monday for their pink out game. Go Ladybirds!

North Callaway Volleyball Sweeps Bowling Green in Three Sets The Thunderbirds took care of business on the court, defeating Bowling Green in straight sets. Strong teamwork and consistent play helped North Callaway secure the win and continue their momentum this season.

JV Football secures a 22–8 victory over Wright City!

JH Volleyball Victory! Both the 7th and 8th grade Junior High volleyball teams swept New Bloomfield in straight sets! Great teamwork and solid performances across the board – congrats to both teams on the wins!

Varsity Softball Rolls Past Fulton! Our varsity softball team powered their way to a 14-3 victory over Fulton in 5 innings! Strong offense, sharp defense, and great energy from start to finish. Way to go, ladybirds

JH Volleyball: 8th grade battled hard against Mexico, pushing it to 3 sets but came up just short. They bring home 2nd place! Great job!

High School Softball: Lost to Moberly 14-4. Bounced back with a 4-0 win over Harrisburg.

JH Volleyball - 8th Grade Tournament in Mexico Our 8th grade girls came out strong today at the Mexico tournament! They kicked things off with a hard-fought 3-set victory over Fulton, showing grit and determination from the very first serve. Next up was Kirksville, and once again, our girls dug deep and battled through another tough 3-set match to secure the win! Now, they’re headed to the CHAMPIONSHIP GAME against Mexico! Let’s go, girls — finish strong!

🎉 Exciting News for North Callaway! 🎉

This summer, Sophia Geppert, a proud member of the North Callaway High School Class of 2025, was awarded a rootEd Alliance Undergraduate Scholarship—worth up to $12,000 per year, renewable for five years. That’s as much as $60,000 to support her as she pursues her bachelor’s degree at the University of Missouri – Columbia! 🐯💛

Only 30 of these scholarships are awarded each year across Missouri high schools that partner with rootEd, and the competition was especially tough this year. Sophia’s accomplishment is truly something to celebrate! 🙌

Since 2018, rootEd Missouri has partnered with rural high schools to help students graduate with a plan—whether that’s college, career training, military service, or entering the workforce. In the coming school year, rootEd will serve 174 schools across Missouri, reaching nearly half of all rural high schools in the state.
