DISTRICT QUICK LINKS
OUR HISTORY
In 1964, it was determined that Auxvasse High School could no longer afford the ongoing cost of repairs. Trying to find funding for a new building, they asked many smaller school districts to consolidate into a single district.
At the time, elementary students in Hatton or Williamsburg would attend high school in neighboring districts such as Fulton, Columbia, Mexico, or Montgomery City.
By the end of 1964, both the Hatton and Williamsburg communities determined it would be better for students to attend classes closer to home. They joined with Auxvasse to create the North Callaway R-1 School District.

You will need to select "North Callaway Co. R-1" from the drop-down to be able to access data for our district.
Every year, the Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education releases a report card for each school and district in the state. The purpose of the school and district report cards is to help parents and community members see how a school or district is doing in different areas. The report cards are designed to highlight strengths and challenges that need to be addressed in order to ensure the needs of all students are being met.
